Terms and Conditions

I understand and fully agree that Maternity Tens Hire will charge me the relevant stated hire charge for the chosen TENS machine, to hire a Maternity Tens Machine Pack for a 42 day hire period, .

In the event that the TENS machine is not returned by the end of the agreed maximum 42 day period, I understand that I will incur and I agree to pay £5 per additional week until a total of £75 is reached, to cover the cost of the machine. I am liable for any damage to the machine after I have received it. If I have purchased a TENS machine from Maternity Tens Hire, the product and use thereof is my responsibilty and Maternity Tens Hire are absolved of responsibility once my payment is received. In the event that a hired TENS machine is returned with insufficient postage, Maternity TENS reserve the right to charge the cost to the customer, including any handling fee applied by the post office, required to allow the TENS machine to be returned to us. Please note that, due to the nature of the product and it's intended use,  once a hired TENS machine has been despatched , no refunds will be offered for cancelled orders or unused machines, for any reason.


Precautions and Disclaimer


TENS machines should not be used by persons using a cardiac pacemaker. If you have epilepsy or heart disease, please seek medical advise before use. Maternity TENS units should not be used before 37 weeks of the pregnancy unless under medical supervision . If you suffer from any undiagnosed pain, please seek medical advice before use. The Maternity Tens Unit is for your use only. Whilst we do our very best to ensure that a fully working unit is posted as arranged, our liability to the hirer or any other person will be limited to a refund of the rental fee. Should the unit be damaged lost or broken, the full cost of replacement will be incurred by the hirer. Maternity TENS Hire are not responsible for any injury or loss caused by use or misuse of the machine. By placing my order I am agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Orders placed for next day delivery MUST be received, paid for and receipt acknowledged by Maternity TENS before 2.30pm.

Delivery to non-UK addresses.
We use Airsure Track and Trace for all countries where this service is offered. This service is not available to some destinations.
